    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Fatima leverages over 10 years of childcare expertise along with 7+ years working in the nonprofit field and a Master's in Social Work (Community-Centered Integrative Practice) to lead SCPA as the Executive Director. She ensures quality care and fosters community engagement through diverse programs. Fatima is passionate about empowering individuals and families to navigate complex systems, all while providing them with the necessary resources and assistance they require to thrive in their endeavors.

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Abdullahi has been with SCPA for three years and holds a Master's in Health Information Management and Neuroscience from UW. He leads the Health Consultation and Minority Empowerment Programs. Abdullahi's focus is on optimizing healthcare outcomes and fostering inclusivity within the community, driven by a commitment to excellence and equity.

    PROVIDER SPECIALIST

    Ladan is the Provider Specialist for the Supportive Childcare Provider Alliance. Ladan specializes in managing online aspects like MERIT and online training, ensuring providers stay up-to-date and supported in their professional development. With over two years in the childcare field, Ladan is dedicated to helping minority families thrive in their childcare businesses.

    Fadumo Sulayman

    FAMILY ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

    Fadumo is the Family Engagement Specialist for the Supportive Child Care Provider Alliance. With over two years of experience in the childcare field and currently a student in Early Childhood Education at the University of Washington, Fadumo is devoted to aiding families in finding the most equitable resources for their needs. She looks forward to collaborating with families and providers to create nurturing environments.

    Najma Mohamed

    NURSE

    Najma is the health consultant nurse at the Supportive Childcare Provider Alliance. She provides health consultations to childcare providers and ensures they have all the information necessary to keep the families and children they work with safe and healthy. Najma is excited about the upcoming workshops and resources available to the providers.

    HEALTH COACH

    Ahlaam serves as the Holistic Health Coach at the Supportive Childcare Provider Alliance. She supports childcare providers in their nutrition and wellness through community cafes and individual consultations. Ahlaam is passionate about helping providers find healthy routines that allow them to run their businesses and care for the children.
